My career moved from hands-on product design into leading design as an organizational function. Today I focus on what happens between teams and shipped work: the documentation they trust, the workflows they follow, and the systems they build on.
At BEES, I lead strategic initiatives for the Hexa Design System, not only components and tokens, but also the living documentation product and the component contribution workflow that 50+ squads use daily. I work closely with product managers, engineering, and designers across regions to balance central quality with squad-level autonomy.
My background in front-end development and technical leadership helps me design processes that engineering can actually adopt, not governance that lives only on Figma.
